This notice explains how information is handled on Hack Bite Z at hackbitez.com, including contact messages, comments, accounts, cookies and Google services.
Who operates the website
Hack Bite Z is personally operated from Pakistan. Hack Bite Z is the public-facing name used for this website.
For privacy questions or requests, email haseemajaz73@gmail.com. For product support, website corrections or security reports, use support@hackbitez.com. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or confidential customer records.
Information you provide
- Email: contacting us provides your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. These are used to understand and respond to the enquiry. The published privacy address uses Gmail, so messages to that address are also handled through Google’s email service.
- Comments: article comment forms ask for a comment, name and email address, with an optional website field. Comments and the name you provide can be public. WordPress can also process the commenter’s IP address and browser information for comment administration and spam or security checks. Do not put private information in a comment.
- Accounts: the My Account page provides login, a Remember me option and password recovery. These functions use account identifiers, credentials and authentication or session information. No password should be sent by email.
- Shop enquiries and records: new orders and checkout are currently unavailable while payment setup is incomplete. Shop browsing and account features still operate. If you contact us about an existing account or order, the information you provide and any relevant existing record may be used to address that request.
Technical information and service providers
When your browser requests a page, image or script, the servers providing it receive technical information needed for that request, such as the IP address, requested resource and browser or device information. Hosting, website administration and security functions may use technical records to deliver the site and investigate problems.
The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. It also loads Google Analytics and Google advertising code. Avatar images are requested from Gravatar, operated by Automattic; where an email-based avatar is used, an email hash may be included in the avatar request. A provider receiving an external resource request can also receive technical request information.
Cookies and similar identifiers
Cookies are small records stored in your browser. Their availability and lifetime depend on the feature, service settings and browser controls. Current examples include:
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*help distinguish visits and support usage reports. - Advertising: Google’s advertising services may use cookies such as
IDEon the DoubleClick domain. Google advertising code can contact advertising services even when no visible advertisement is displayed. - Shop attribution: WooCommerce uses
sbjs_*cookies for information about how a visit reached the website and the visit session. These cookies can be present while browsing even though checkout is unavailable. - Accounts and shop sessions: WordPress login and WooCommerce session or cart cookies support those features when used. A Remember me choice affects the login session.
- Comment convenience: the comment form offers a choice to save the supplied name, email and website in the browser for a future comment. That checkbox is not a general consent choice for Google Analytics or advertising.
Google Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 is configured through Site Kit to help understand website use. Google can process information about page visits, browser or device characteristics, referral sources and interactions, using cookies or similar identifiers. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.
Google advertising code is installed on this website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can manage Google’s personalized advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings. Some participating vendors also offer choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance. These provider choices do not necessarily prevent every technical request or all measurement.
Your browser and privacy choices
You can use your browser’s settings to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect login, session and shop functions. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These are browser or provider controls; they are not an on-site accept/reject consent banner.
Cookies or advertising identifiers are not a substitute for consent where consent is required. A comment-form checkbox or continued browsing should not be treated as a separate consent choice for analytics or advertising.
Retention
The operator currently has no fixed retention schedule for support correspondence or customer and order records. There is therefore no standard automatic-deletion deadline promised for operator-held records. Cookie expiry and retention controlled by service providers depend on their settings and policies and are separate from the operator’s records.
You can contact the privacy email above about information associated with you and request correction or deletion. The response and any applicable rights, recordkeeping requirements or exceptions depend on the circumstances and applicable law; this notice does not promise that every record can be deleted.
Processing outside Pakistan
The website is personally operated from Pakistan, but hosting, email, analytics, advertising and avatar providers may process information in other countries. This notice does not claim that all information is stored in Pakistan. Google and Automattic explain their own processing in their respective privacy policies.
Privacy requests and further information
Email haseemajaz73@gmail.com with a description of your concern and a relevant page URL or account identifier where appropriate. Share only the information needed to understand the request, and never send a password. Additional information may be needed to distinguish your records from another person’s information.
Further provider information is available in Automattic’s Privacy Policy, WooCommerce’s cookie documentation and Google’s resources linked above. Changes to this notice will be posted on this page.
